Thank you for your nice comment on my wall. As for creating vectors you can do it using different programs such as illustrator, photoshop, inkspace or Sai Tool Painter. Nysha has a nice topic where she posted some tutorials about vectoring, which i learned from. Here is the link so you can check it out ;)
